Last Notable Manga: Onani Master Kurosawa
Forget the fact it's about masturbation and read it. It does not intend to be 'perverted'. Kurosawa, the main character, is a loser that develops so much in the manga. Characters are insanely developed. The supporting characters that are thought to have no effect on Kurosawa's life (I'm looking at you, Nagatsuka) actually did contribute to his development. This manga uses a century-old theme of 'friendship matters most' but with the addition of masturbation. The ending is a little... ehh, though.
