just watched this movie. it was so adorable. I loved almost every second of it (i got ADD halfway through the movie .... and my friends came in and we watched The painted veil which was SOoooo good) anyway.

It was probably the most realistic piano animes i've seen, and probably the best one. though there honestly isn't much piano anime to begin with. I mean nodame cantabile has piano but it's not the main focus until the very end which were my favorite episodes of the whole show~

anyway. i loved kai. his character was so good. I completely related to him. And even though the story was fairly predictable i absolutely loved watching Kai capture the hearts of pretty much everyone without even trying.  I love those kind of characters.

 oh, but my favorite character would have to be takako. though she had a small role, she was hysterical. calling kai "wendy" and dragging him into the bathroom while petting him, i was laughing out loud it was so silly.

anyway, can i just say how the music was AMAZING?! They played chopin one minute waltz. yeah, its a famous song but i still love it cause it's chopin. Oh, and they also played Bhetoven's  fur elise, which i hand mimicked along while watching (yay for finger muscle memory haha). oh, and then all the Mozart at the end made me so insanely happy. Mozart probably tops Chopin as my favorite, but chopin has more songs that i like cause mozart didnt really make many strictly piano pieces.... but the ones that he did are fantabulous. (oh, and mozart and i have the same birthday ;) its fate)

 anyway, i really enjoyed this movie. it was piano-tastic. =D <3 <3
