Yuri is natural- not something Ecchi
using the JAPANESE term Yuri, means lily - flowery love between girls... and NOT the american missterminology used by most fans (which means excplicit sex found in hentai anime/games/manga>.<)
yurihime / yurihime wildrose - are good examples of real yuri manga
in my opinion anyone can like yuri from strawberry panic to marimite, but what about Queen's Blade? many think it is made for boys & not girls - and yet it has a tremendous female audience in japan (and outside^^) so we are back to wrong generalization!
Yuri is natural, even if it can be very wild - as long as it is made with taste and resonates real emotions within female audience that like yuri: it is real yuri^^

Oh my god~Finally something I can reference others to. People always say "ohohoho you like porn!!" when I tell them I'm into yuri. But YURI =/= PORN. >_> Now if anyone ever says it is, I can just link them here xD You explained it perfectly c: |

I love Yuri and completely agree with it not being ecchi whatsoever. But i do like Ecchi,i just hate it when people associate Yuri with ecchi :( badness people,badness! |

I think yuri is just associated with ecchi but alot of disgusting ecchi and pervert people play with yuri
