Got through my last two finals today. MATH 81's final turned out better than I expected. But I got so frustrated when I couldn't figure out how to do these two easy problems. I know they were easy, but I couldn't do it. I think these were similar to problems I couldn't solve last semester when I first took this class. That was 20 points right there! Well, I wrote some things down to get a point or two. I did have to guess on the variation of parameters one because I had to integrate a tangent function and I couldn't remember the integral. I just guessed cotangent. Looking it up on the Internet just now shows me that I was completely wrong. Knew it. Oh, and there was the final one I had absolutely no idea how to do. No matter how many times I looked over the explanation in the book or the notes, I couldn't understand it. That's been my problem with Calculus and other higher math. I eventually memorize the steps, but I still can't quite make sense of them.

And then there was the ECE 128 test. Even if we were allowed one single sheet (both sides) to write down anything we wanted for the test, I knew that it wouldn't help much. It never has the last two times I had the same opportunity. Well, I was mostly correct. I was able to complete one problem because it was exactly like one from our homework and I had fortunately written down the whole problem on my "cheat" sheet. There was another one I recognized, but I had decided not to write that one down on my sheet. And I couldn't remember from memory how to do it. Darn. I may have gotten the first problem correct. At least I tried it. As for the rest…they were left pretty blank. Had no idea how to start any of them. Ugh, already know what I'll be getting in the class. If I happen to get a D, but there must have been some miraculous curve. I remember getting a D in ECE 90 (first time) when I'm sure it should have been a very low F. And I got a C the second time I took ECE 90, and I still think I should have gotten an F.

Yeah, my studying habits are ridiculous. Well, more like non-existent. That's not good. Must avoid probation and start getting my GPA up.

Anyway, I'm now free from college for the meantime. All I'm pretty much doing over the summer is going to jury duty and returning to Anime Expo. Although, I should get a job. Well, if I get selected as a juror, I'll get paid. Hopefully the case doesn't last too long. And speaking of Anime Expo, there are going to be lots of former Power Rangers in attendance. Although only one from the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers will be attending, I still know the rest. Haha, I still watch it to this day. It's going to be awesome! Morning Musume is also attending, and will be providing the theme song, "3-2-1 Breakin' Out", for this year's Anime Expo.

By the way, this video and all like it provided one crazy distraction from my studying last night. Watched a bunch of videos like them. Especially the [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yhcpkgNlhIone[/url] of the original inspiration for the Miku Miku Dance videos. Goes to show that it's humanly possible. Last year was Caramelldansen at every anime convention. Even though this is much harder, maybe this will be the next dance fad of the year. Haha, this song and dance actually kept popping in my head all day, even during my finals.

And now, it's time to drown away my sorrows with anime.
