We'll live like the Anti-Spirals, in suspended animation, while a whole world of supervenient memes interact with one another. @ zaitcev: You're right: even if the politics of the show is wrong (I'm not sure) it does distinguish it from, well, Azumanga. GUMS really has something of a proper story to it. |

I'm not sure if I approve of the political tilt in Manabi, but it provides the spring for the action. I still like the characters, and it should be possible to uncover them without such a stark controversy (e.g. Azumanga). But on the other hand, there are so many love stories already. At least this is different.
