Remakes of Romance of the Three Kingdoms in untraditional way. One is based on eroge and has moe as characters, one is based on Gundam franchise and hase mecha as charaters.

Both are very unusual takes on Romance of the Three Kingdoms. SD Gundam replaces all the characters with Gundams, and in Ikki Tousen's case, they mostly become attractive girls. Although they're clearly aimed at different audiences, there's fun to be had in comparing the two.
