Both about vampires; besides Hipira could perfectly be the child-version of Staz: they like adventures, they're quite clumsy and reticent about their feelings, they like exploring unknow worlds...

Story-wise these are completely different, but that is unrelated to this recommendation. Why I'm recommending these two titles together is purely the artistic style. Specifically, the way the background is drawn. If you enjoy aesthetic drawins of unusual towns that are sketch-like but also detailed, watch these anime.
