Cookin' Idol Ai! Mai! Main!

Cute girls doing cute things, assisted by fairies, and focused on cooking - both shows fit that description. KiraPrecure is about magical girls, so has a lot more action and a fantasy style of cooking, though it does feature actual recipes and tips throughout, while Mai! is more idol-based and has a much stronger and more realistic cooking theme.  

both have girls with magic fairies in it and in both anime there is cooking and is both shoujo 

Both anime has an element of using real people. Cooking Idol has a segment of real people instructing cooking, while Kuchu Buranko has real people in the anime.
