- Both are isekais with absolutely insane premises - A guy gets turned into something no longer human and meets a girl who he then adventures with
- Both have their fair share of tasteless / perverted humour (then again, if you like that, you’re probably going to like these)
- Both are weirdly wholesome at times
- Both are quite controversial in terms of general reception (if you love it, you’ll REALLY love it / if you hate it, you’ll REALLY hate it)
