Hunter x Hunter addpermalink

They are both great animes. While Tower of Druaga has more comedy, they both have good amounts of action. They both also have a very RPG like style, and Hunter X Hunter also has a very tournament like storyline, in Tower of Druaga I  mean the tower and each floor.

Both are adventure, with the (excuse me) irritating main character you just want to hit over the head, and surrounded by companions. 
   If you enjoyed Tales of the Abyss, you'll be sure to enjoy and recognize the similarities in Druaga no Tou.

CSH is a bit more serious than ToD but they both have similar amounts of action even tho they're kinda diff styles of action. These 2 actually aren't really that similar but trust me if u like one u'll love the other
