Hitou Meguri The Animation: Wakaokami, Rachiru

Both are Netorare, where his girl friend is cheating on him......  

Second episode of Manin Densha only. Each episode is self-contained, so you can watch this one while ignoring the other two (which were terrible). It's as high-quality as Hitou Meguri, except without the gangbanging (and, unfortunately, kimono). It's done by the same studio, in a very similar style, but the end doesn't really leave a bad taste in your mouth like Hitou Meguri did. 

The plot has both similar male characters that does not dare to fight/protect who they love and fight to the end. An both plots also have main female characters ended in the same fate (except that Hitou Meguri's plot which have a gang going on her.)
