Both revolve around chuubyou characters with one sane person suffering because of them. Both are very nice comedy shows with good characters and are very enjoyable to watch.

Special clubs with boys who hold strong personalities suck an unwilling female student into their wild adventures

Both have that ordinary everyday MC who finds him/herself being surround by their harem that seem to prove to be obnoxious.

Both have2 things in common, everyday MC minding his own business and hoping to have a simple high school life and a bunch of harem members with some loose screws that makes the MC's life a mess.

Wild highschool antics! Chuubyou is basically ~Judgement Knights of Thunder~ - the anime- in a way. Wacky sense of humour with characters who each have more than a couple of screws loose, while the protagonist keeps wishing for a peaceful life.

Both clubs try to solve problems while having different personalities. In Chuubyou, they chose Mizuki because of her eye patch and in Bishounen they chose Mayumi because of her pretty eyes. If you enjoyed one of these titles, you would definietly enjoy the other one because of their plot similarity. Chuubyou has more comedy than Bishounen tho.

While Chuubyou Gekihatsu Boy has characters pretending to be superheroes, in Shouwa Ahozoushi the protagonist is one, but very dubious. Both anime with a beastly comedy idiot around superheroes.

- The humor is on the same level, as it is stupidly funny - Both clubs are helping out other people, whatever the requests are - If there are no requests, all they do is loafing around or doing things whatever they please - The most hyper person at the school club both always wear the same cap - The people at the club all differ from eachother if it comes to personalities

This is all what "boys will be boys" is about. Highschool boys' chuuni antics galore. Chuubyou is a bit heavier on the chuuni side and has a slight reverse harem flavour, but otherwise I can't believe no one has pointed out that these two are similar! Just high school boys doing silly things, isn't that what we all want to see?

The same story plot where it involves ordinary girl surround by fairly oddball guys.

Both series is about the Main Character being forced to join a group full of Chuunibyou's and do various stuff, D-frag's focus is on creating games white Chuubyou boys is about being heroes. and both Main Character is struggling to understand his/her "Friends" Both are fun to watch though for me D-Frag is more funnier.
