Yami no Teio: Kyuuketsuki Dracula

Both of these unique, early '80s anime feature Kenji Utsumi playing a transplanted Dracula. He's in Boston in one and Tokyo in the other. 

Both are classic B-movies by studio Toei Animation, based on Marvel comics about Dracula and Frankenstein respectively. Both feature similar animation style, weird acting, logical lapses and "quality" English dub.  

There are some similarities about the common plot about vampires, dead, and demons. Feeling and relationship between the characters are pretty similar someway. Both shows have resurrection of dead corpses which become vampires or similar.
