Douluo Dalu = Cultivation + battles / Wu Geng Ji = Battles + Revenge They both have the same type of 3d animation but unlike most of the donghua/ONA's they both develops great fights scenes with smooth motions and powers. (they'r from the same studio). Both mc's are reborn after a conflict in their past life. Both plots evolve around family matters. Both mc's is destined for great things. Both shows develops a soft romance

the characters, setting and the feel of the anime's are very similar. i think soul land has more comedy, at lest from what we've seen from throne of seal so far anyway. But if you like one you'll probably like the other.
