Both second seasons of niche yet popular Chinese comedy anime. Both have similar senses of humour. Both have great art styles, music and characters.

Both anime share many common thropes: - As in Erased, in the first episode of To Be Heroine main characters travels to sort of different world to fix something that is going on in the current, or real world. Erased deals with time travel tho. - Main character is then forced to deal with children. - Also, in both cases the upbeat and happy initial setting of the world hides dark secret. - Adults are corrupted. And some others, but I don't want to go into details of comparing every character and event in both.

Both have supernatural fighting with summoned warriors, heart-wrenching drama and a coming-of-age theme. Both are going back and forth between two timelines.

Chinese animes that pull you through an emotional rollercoaster. Both deal in the supernatural, but the heaving hitting moments come from the interactions between the characters. It's done in a mature, but gut wrenching way that makes you want more.

Both the most recent in their respective "hero" anime series. To Be Heroine is a lot more crass and gag focused whereas MHA can be a lot more serious and sometimes dark. Both have great OSTs, character designs, humour and art styles.

Both shows with strong themes of heroism and even the word "Hero" in both titles. Both have great humour that can get very silly but very good at switching gears and getting serious. Intense fight scenes and epic battles. Flashbacks to our main character's (now teens) time as a child.

Both second seasons of popular "Hero" anime. Both good at using silly humour but also having dark/serious parts. To Be Heroine takes itself a lot less seriously. Both have intense battles and clashes. Both have a diverse range of lovable characters.

These are both second seasons of well known and similar "Hero" anime. They both have similar senses of humour with a silly charm yet also both have high intensity action scenes. The art styles, plots, character designs & OST's are all top notch across the board. Both are lighthearted shows that don't take themselves too seriously.

Both "Hero" anime with large scale & intense battles. Both have wide range of different characters with great character designs and soundtracks. Both have great comedy with To Be Heroine being slight more immature and crass. Both continuations from an prequel hit "Hero" anime.

Both use physical comedy and have similarities with their senses of humour. Both are "Hero" anime with high intensity action scenes, yet more of a focus on the series' comedy and characters. Both OST's and art styles are amazing.
