Seisen Cerberus: Ryuukoku no Fatalités

It's in the same timeperk and fantasy, magic and dragons too. The story isn't that simular but if you like Chain Chronicle really give it a try! 

Attack on Titan and Cerberus are anime where there is a colossal threat. Each show's main character had some of his parents killed in episode 1. There is an isolated city with walls around it, and a small group of people exit the city to find and kill the threat. The main character has an intensive to kill the threat, because they killed at least one of his parents. 

When the two of them met, everything changed. Set in a fantasy world, a hero arises to defend the unfortunate, protect his home, and pursue an unknown destiny. He encounters a blue-haired heroine, a girl who he is fated to save. She is chained to a life that has no defined origin, pursuing answers, and darkness alike. Bestowed with an unknown power, that might just lead to the destruction of the world, she is seeking to know who/what she really is. Hunted by authorities, and those who seek that power for themselves, our heroes must learn to survive on the run. Along the way, they will encounter friends and foes alike, each driven by a mysterious past. Dragons will grant power, souls will find themselves connected, and a world on the brink of destruction will be placed into the hands of a youth. An anime adaption based on a game. The main characters from both anime are linked to a dragon. Both of them want revenge because of said incident in the past. There is a cat eared girl character too. He and his group set off to uncover the mystery behind the dragon within them. Both anime taking place in a similar setting.
