It has idols and magic. The difference is in Pretty Rhythm they don't fight evil.

Both are magical girl anime that have been poorly executed, Twin Angel has poor plot and animation, while Nurse Witch destroys itself in the seventh episode. These rejects belong in the trash bin.

Both shows start off surprisingly well, but turn into sexist ecchi abominations halfway through both seasons.

Basically, They Are Both Magical Girl Series, They Both Fight Monsters From Attacking There World, They Both Are 2016 Winter Anime's And They Both Have Cute And Sense Of Comedy, But The Plot Are Different, But Overall They Are Cute Series To Watch In Winter 2016.

They are both trying to play into the nostalgia factors of the viewers. Even though they don't do well by any means at doing so. They are both huge messes you should avoid unless you're curious.

When talking about "Idol", the large-scale Idol usually people referring it to words like "Nationally-famous", "often seen them on TV", etc. But what about the small-scale one? Like the Local/Region-Famous Idol? If you're interested for the answer, then this Anime should be your answer. The story is about a group of Female, Local-Famous and highschool-age Idols that walking through their day as both Highschooler Girls and Local Idol as their effort in trying to be Nationally-Famous Idol.

Both shows have magical girls and little pervert animal-monsters giving them magical powers. The comedy side is also quite similar. In Moetan the girls are just normal school-girls, while in Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R they are also idols.

Nurse Witch Komugi Chan is focused on magical girls, idols, acting, and may other talents. Komugi Chan also is heavily parody driven and comedy driven; Mahou Shoujoj Nante Mou Ii Desukara is also a mahou shoujo anime, both shows have 'familiar's' or chibi 'pets/icons' to go with, both main characters are approached the same way in both shows about becoming a magical girl. If you liked Nurse With Komugi Chan you'll probably appreciate the other.
