Ongaku Shoujo is about two girls doing girly things and crying about music while Appaga Piryohae is about a wolf dad taking care of a kid and other strange beings they have absolutely nothing in common except for the fact that they are well made short films Appaga is shorter and more simple than Ongaku but if you like short films and maybe even want to make one yourself you should watch these two/this one for inspiration

"Your Lie in April" / "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso" and "Ongaku Shoujo" both centre around a very cheerful blonde girl attempting to convince the rather shy protagonist with a case of stage fright to continue to pursue music. As the two characters grow closer, the formerly troubled protagonist slowly comes out of his/her shell but becomes dependent on the new friend. Also, in both anime, there involves a cat at the very beginning and melodrama at the end.

"Mitsuwano" and "Ongaku Shoujo" are both short comedic slice-of-life works with hints of drama that focus on the friendship between a group of young girls who are preparing for an important performance.
