Working!!!

Both are about the staffs of a restaurant/cafe Both are hilarious Both have fulfilling romances (Working moreso than Blend S) Both are feel good :) 

Both portray a working environment with hint of comedy. Although unlike working it has only one season

narusegawa efforts to express love like inami. In working, inami must pass through from the takanashi family. In narusegawa case, she must pass through from people who also love ureshima keitarou. 

Both are the third and final season of their series. While the two previous seasons for both had little plot progression, these third seasons finally further the plot and reach a satisfactory ending (although Working!!!'s real ending is actually a 49 minute special). Content-wise, both are cute, slice-of-life shows about people working at their jobs. There is some romance in both, but it is much more central to the plot of Working!!! Working!!! also has more comedy. On the other hand, Aria is more relaxed and peaceful. Both are heartwarming. 

Both anime are great light, funny, slice of life series. If you need a comfortable, chill anime to relax to and have a few laughs, both are great options. Working’s setting is a business with the cast being coworkers. Kaguya’s setting is school with the cast being classmates.
