Shinsatsushitsu

If someone wants to have ragged breathing, increased heartbeat, a sense of someone behind you, or depression/anxiety. Watch both. I highly recommend doing this at night alone without the lights on, using earphones/headphones in a relatively high volume, in fullscreen, and in high brightness. Both are easy to watch. They are only 6-8 minutes long videos. They are also horror/dementia anime that might leave a mental scar inside you. Scary... 

Issho ni Training and Shinsatsushi are both anime that take place in the first person perspective and are pretty strange. Always in front of the viewer is a chubby woman and sometimes in both shows there are segments that don't pertain too much to the main plot (A play in Shinsatsushi and magical girl fighting in Issho).
