Double Circle

Team of superheroes with armored suits protect a futuristic city. 

"DPR Special Movie" and "Double Circle" are both works made to promote the vision of a certain company or agencies. For "DPR Special Movie", the short is used to advertise the joint efforts of JAXA and NASA for their GPM/DPR space mission. In the case of "Double Circle", the electronics company Toshiba used this series of shorts to advocate for a technologically-integrated community. These two short anime depict how technology can positively change the world and benefit society in surprising ways. Also, advanced satellites play a role in these two animated commercials. 

Double Circle is practically the spitting image spin off of Gatchaman Crowds with different characters and a seemingly different plot, with the same art, animation, and themes. Both have a high tech community and yes, both have mecha suited main cast. Gatchaman Crowds>Double Circle.
