Milk Chan was the original Super Milk Chan. Both use humor through parodies, and the main characters have similar attributes. Both Popuko and Milk being energetic and easily angered, while Pipimi and and Tetsuko being calm and sympathetic. Super Milk Chan has more of a plot, however.

I guess the humor is sorta the same, also the art style. It reminds me of milk chans cartoonish look.

Weird, cartoony-styled but adult-oriented animation. Plenty of "what the fuck is going on" moments.
