Both are short ONAs made as a spin-off of otherwise action series. Both are made in kinda of chibi style and both are comedies. Both have mainly characters from the anime.

Both are specials with short episodes that takes characters from otherwise shounen anime and remakes them into chibi style. Both are mainly for comedy purpose. While Shingeki no Kyojin Picture Drama stays in same storyline as parent anime, Swort Art Offline is putted in news setting.
