I know this two are not specially similar but if you liked the time-travelling thing in Chrono Stone, Steins;Gate is a very good option to watch cause it explains a lot more the concept of time and can be very funy to apply the Steins;Gate time travel concepts into Chrono Stone.

Try it in Inazuma Eleven Go: Chrono Stone as the players armed those avatars such as pegasus, athena, lancelot etc. 

Although, they are not in the least similar in genre.
