You like witches? this got witches Kuromajo is more childish and energetic than flying witch but it is about a girl in witch training and he wacky adventures of juggling both her normal and magical life and uh witch times

Both MCs are a young girl who is being mentored by a magical spirit who no one else in the living world can see. Both spirits are teasing but deep down care about the girl and always watch over her. Kuromajo is a much more humorous and lighthearted show than Hanako, however.

I got a similar feeling from both anime. In both anime are mahou shoujoish anime where a young girl becomes a witch; and together with their mentor/friends they have all kind of adventures in the world of magic; and often have to save their friends from evil magic. Both have medium length episodes but have a quite lot of episodes to make up for the episode duration. In Kuromajo has a duo of one old and one young witch as main characters and it mostly takes place in the real world; while Mahou Shoujotai has a trio of young witches and takes mostly place in a  read more
