Both anime have characters who guide others to grow as people. In ReLIFE this is a student and in Assassination Classroom it is a teacher, though both draw wisdom from their own life experiences.
While both are set in school, ReLIFE makes more use of the school setting since a big part of Assassination Classroom is their physical training.
