Gargantia and Attack on Titan are two very similar anime theme wise.
Similarity:
-both set in a world where humans are forced to fight and fear the superior beings.
-humans are forced to live within the barriers. Attack on Titan, citizen live in the built Walls, and in Gargantia, people live in ships and in spaceships.
-The purpose of humans is to annihilate their enemies.
-The Hideauze (from Gragantia) and the Titans (from Attack on Titan) are both very strong creatures that invade humans. Their combat ability is monstrous comapred to humans
-The Space Humans (Gargantia) and The citizen in the Walls (Attack on Titan) are constantly fighting. Teens
