the stories aren't similar AT ALL but the MCs of both shows are underage blonde girls who are in the military bc of their good combat skills.
These Anime are both about young girls that fight in the first world war (with differences here and there) that grow through-out the long war,
with interesting fighting styles they surprise older Soldiers and rule the out-come of their respected battle changing the cores of History.
