Anime/manga antagonist finished off from afar with out notice

I got long tired of the stories where it would have been so much easier for the antagonist to be taken out from a distant attack with out having to put your life in danger but it seems the antagonist's plot armor will not allow it.

As so I have always been wanting to read/watch an anime/manga where the main antagonist is finished off from a distance away with out noticing he is about to be attacked. (ex. someone shooting him with a rifle)

Would prefer if it was an anime with super powers of some sort but even non super power ones will do.
