I've tried to edit the VA/Characters page twice, over a period of about 3 months, and MAL doesn't want to post the changes, for reasons unknown. But in case anyone is wondering...

Yes, 'Ano Natsu de Matteru'/'Waiting in the Summer' does actually have an english dub, including the OVA... depsite the MAL seemingly doesn't want to acknowledge thsi fact...
