The Blu-ray release of K-ON! vol.1 hit groundbreaking salesfigures this week, setting a new record for a TV anime series. Other titles with amazing salesfigures are Evangelion: 1.0 with 49,000. Dark Knight with 29,000 and Macross Frontier vol.1 with 22,000 copies sold.
On the DVD ranking Kara no Kyoukai put Ponyo on the Cliff down from the first place that the title had held for over 4 consecutive weeks.
