a good compliment to Love Hina Fav Character: Aoi Sakuraba

Ever have a romance anime end, and then really wish to see how the lovers spend time together? That is the purpose of this uneventful anime. It still manages to make every episode enjoyable. The ending of the last episode is incredibly open, true to the nature of the series. Truly, this anime is nothing but a slice of life - a view into the everyday lives of the characters, with no unusual problems. Still, it woulda been nice if we had seen a resolution to the conflict of Aoi and Kaoru's engagement and the Sakuraba group. At least let us see Aoi and Kaoru reveal their love and get married!!! (points off for that last part)

Must watch again. Fav character: Misuzu Kamio Fly: to be happy Wings: mechanism to be happiness Motifs: sky ---> death looking at sky ---> yearning, sadness reaching sky ----> happiness memories ---> humans can't live without it, humans can't live only with it Very deep...soooo much symbolism and soo many themes. Much more than it seems at first, and it starts well too. Ending seems a bit rushed. Background info must be looked up to fully understand the series.

Not at all like the series. Very disappointed.

Fav character: Ayumu "Osaka" Kasuga and Chiyo Mihama Just pure, plotless laughs. Absolutely lovable characters! However, surprisingly touching when characters reflect on their lives and life in general. A memorable slice of life.

what's all the hype about this series from? If I have to force myself to watch an anime...not good.

Keiichi gradually goes from pure-win to absolute sux0rs thru the arcs. however, not many anime have the ability to creep me out like this one does (in a good way) without grossing me out. a refreshing experience.

Yet another stellar animation production of Kyoto Animation, plus the heart-tugging stories of Visual Arts/Key brings four different stories that truly hit the emotions, and brings a grim reminder to us to never forget to cherish life while we still have it.

Themes: be true about your feelings...always... it may hurt at first, but in the long run it's for the better (cuz everyone here was suffering because Takayuki couldn't choose between Haruka and Mitsuki, while Mitsuki couldn't let anyone know her true feel man, all i have to say is that Takayuki...sucks...at...life he single-handedly lowers my rating. yes, he's in a pretty fucked up situation, and he demonstrates exactly what NOT to do. messing up them girls.... -_- *couple eps later* okay, forget this. DEATH TO MITSUKI! Fav character: Tie between Ayu Daikuuji and Akane Suzumiya

Fav Character: Mutsumi Otohime crazy laughs, but too many coincidences makes it too predictable once in a while.

An unforgettable final episode!! Better than the TV Series, storyline moved much faster.

Entertaining, but seemed a little superficial. further research would reveal that this is a story about the "gulf that exists between independence and self-reliance in the hopes and spirit of common Japanese teenage girls."

Holy DAMN this is like the most sugar-coated anime ever! I kno obviously the dub was horrible but I'm amazed at how much better the original is. I can understand the pain of the enlightened ones watching the dub. Very strong on character development
