trolling with lots of unnecessary psychological/dementia scenes, laughable and boring if compared to Boogiepop Phantom, 2nd half is a joke (except most of ep. 11)

STORY: 5/10 (only the first half (1-7) is worth watching and message behind it is not even well-presented like in Boogiepop, NGE, and Lain)
CHARACTER: 6/10 (they all met the minimum requirements but the second half ruins most of this section)
ART: 8/10 (impressive as usual from Kon)
SOUND: 8/10 (same as above but the OP and ED themes are just above the average)
VALUE: 6/10 (truly memorable trolling BS, never ever watching again, the ideas are good though (in paper at least))
ENJOYMENT: 3/10 (+2 for the trolling, pretentious and boring presentation filled with unnecessarily mindscrew scenes, unrealistic yet simple ending which fcked up my enjoyment (could have been a 5+/10 from first half but no, it had to be a complete wtf, recommendable if one likes WTF plots that are really implausible)
OVERALL: 6/10 (It's 5 for me but the overall package is good enough to be worth the watch. It's worth higher if one considers this as a troll/WTF anime not to be taken seriously.)
