1 | ![]() | Cowboy Bebop Pretty cool show ngl. It's cool how each ep tells its own story but I do wish there was an overarching story with a main plot. It's cool to get snippets of the characters and who they are and their backstories but I also wish we could explore them clearly cause they seem to have such interesting lives. The world building is incredible, everywhere seems like it has its own culture, life, and atmosphere. There are things I would have never considered and its like they can transport you to entirely differnet worlds. The animation is pretty good and considering its age and when it was produced its highly impressive especially some of the fights are better than I would have expected. For being so old it holds up really well and I really liked it though it does feel like its slow to watch at times. The ending episodes were actually really fun and interesting. I really enjoyed I'd give those 10 but the beginning episodes were sometimes boring. It's a good anime to be slowly watching on the side. | 8 | TV | 20

Best show in the world. I could write essays on essays and maybe I will, but just one of the best stories of all time in almost every aspect. | 10 | TV | -

6 | ![]() | Zom 100: Zombie ni Naru made ni Shitai 100 no Koto Not even done but I already love this show. Animation is incredible. I can't believe this wasn't on my radar. I already love the themes and motifs about how we only have one life and we should spend the time wisely enjoying it. The toxic work culture of Japan. How people often stay in jobs they don't like for fear of uncertainty, failing to puruse their passions or things that will actually make them happy. Can't wait for the show to continue to unravel. Ep 6 - It's never that easy It's so realistic seeing his PTSD with his old boss and easily and undesiribly slipping into his old roll and habits, his body reacts even when his mind doesn't want to and when he still tries to live freely things backfire. The exploitive system there is also realistic for a zombie pandemic. Got me really feeling for Akira. Also really happy the girl is back in the story and saw a snippet of her backstory. ROOTING FOR AKIRA!! Ep 7 - Your life is your own No one can control your life for you. Sometimes you do feel like you owe people and it is morally right to try and pay them back but you need to live for your own life and how you want to, don't let others control you. Her dad always controlled her and Cheif always controlled Akira. I feel like this is really hard for Japanese super polite culture. Each episode has amazing intricacies around the theme of how we only have one life to live! So we should do everything we can. | 9 | TV | 5

19 | ![]() | Jujutsu Kaisen I love the animation and the story in this. Only thing is that arcs like the two schools and the last one didn't seem as hype or insane but now that I'm thinking about it I did rewatch parts from both so I'm putting it back to a 10 because it really is just peak. I love the characters and their backstories and introduction. Animation is incredible. Story is exciting and interesting. Power-scaling is super cool because Gojo is broken but they still have ways of suppressing him. The world-building is incredible as well. I like the inner conflicts of characters too like Yuji wanting to do something with his life and die a proper death and help others as inspiried by his grandpa. Also not wanting to kill others and trying to deal with the emotional weight. The show is also funny at times and can be light-hearted. The kind of show you can dissect and also just turn your brain off and be entertained depending on what a person wants. | 10 | TV | 24
20 | ![]() | Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru Enjoyable sports show that focused more on the actual lives of the athletes. I loved every character and their personal issues, running improvement, and discovering their reason for running. As someone who hates running, I really admire the willpower it takes to do something so difficult for such a continous strech of time. I know these aren't real people but it still inspires me to run myself. The story wasn't so much about pushing the limits or intense drama with other teams like most sports anime, which was refreshing because as someone who isn't a serious athlete but really enjoys sports, winning isn't everything. Yes, it feels amazing to win and have something to work towards, but I believe enjoying the journey and actually having fun playing the game is so much more rewarding. This show was about enjoying running and finding a reason for it. It was about friendship, health, teamwork, perserverance, passon, motivation, goals, self-discovery, and more. Ultimately, inspiring. I hope to run 5k one day, not sure how that fits in with my weightlifting journey but maybe I'll pick up running after I've hit my physical peak in the gym or I no longer want to keep pursuing it. I feel like running is better/easier/safer for health than weightlifiting, at least in the later stages of life. (Still do maintenance ofc, but we'll see) Not too serious, not too goofy. A really pleasant watch. | 8 | TV | 23

28 | ![]() | The God of High School I was honestly hear for the fight scenes and the animation. It was just a pleasure to watch but not much else to be honest. Storyline is giving very cultish vibes and is just not really interesting and there doesn't seem to be much growth both in characters and fighting skills. Any level up is just something they are born with and unlock and I really hate when people don't really earn what they have. If that is the case they should at least have to work hard to master it. Show had nice animation and hype but no substance. | 2 | TV | 13
