The sceneries are the only reason I'd rewatch this, honestly

I love this movie with all my heart. I think it's because of Ken. But also Omnimon shows up. Omnimon ♥.
Uhm. Also, Jeff Nimoy makes it funny.

Cute little sequel. Honestly if Eureka and Renton weren't in this series I probably wouldn't watch it. However, Ao is a wonderful main character in his own right, I actually like him more than I did Renton (I kinda wanna see at least one scene of Ao crying like his dad used to, tho. haha). I'm curious to see how it ends, anyway. :3

Er, I actually want to re watch this mostly because the first time I watched it, it was in Japanese with no subtitle. ///

What first drew me to this series was the art, then the animation, then the mysteries, then the characters. It's a cute little series. Nothing too deep. The mysteries are kept very simple, and yet are still engaging and interesting to the viewer.
I'm not a slice of life fan, but Hyouka was able to keep away from too many pointless conversations. And when it didn't, well by that point I loved the characters enough that I enjoyed hearing them talk about trivial things.

No real reason that I dropped.

I have a short attention span and have a tendency to skip episodes of any series that doesn't have my full attention, even if I enjoy the show while I'm watching it.

I'm not enjoying the second part so much. I completely skipped huge chunks of the second episode because I cared so little for Regal's pedophile love.
The animation quality seems to have dropped. I suspect they changed animators, but it's hard to tell since the styles are still similar.

Edit: The animation pretty much sucks now. Shame. I'll probably finish this series at some point. Just wish they'd kept the original animator.

The animation is gorgeous. That's mostly what drew me in. But I loved Tsutomu and his love interest with Sayaka.
I'll admit the ending brought a few tears to my eyes.

I mostly scored this lower than the first part of the series because I am just not nearly interested in Birdy as I was in Tsutomu.
The story is still good and all (the animation is still amazing, especially), I just wish there was more Tsutomu. xD;;

I loved Tatsuma. If this anime was all about Tatsuma, I'd love it.

Sadly, it's not, and frankly, the other characters sucked. So I didn't bother watching the second part (but maybe someday I will).

The characters were changed quite a bit from their manga counter parts. How do i say this... the feeling I get from watching the anime is very.... childish? There are many bright (ugly) colors. For a manga that is pretty dark, they are very off-putting (then again, Hoshino herself has been using very bright colors in her promotional art lately).

The animation, while better in the later episodes with the bigger fight scenes, is pretty bad. The voice acting, can be quite shameful at times. And I'm talking about the oh so holy Japanese dubs here.

Mainly, I still can't get over how the anime more or less ruined one of my favourite characters. The vomit inducing colors they added to the clothes and hair. The bad animation. The bad voices.... yeah I really hate this anime..

Someone's going to kill me for rating this version so low and the other one so high, but. The other version was the first one I saw, and it grew on me. I never read the manga outside the first volume (and a few other select chapters).

At first Brotherhood seemed good. But it lacked the humor that I love in the first series, and I felt the animation wasn't as good (I've become vry picky about this lately).
Also, Brotherhood had entire episodes that bored me so much they instantly killed any interest I might've had in trying to restart the series.

I'm not sure about this series yet. At this current point in time I'm not sure I'll stay until the end. I picked up this series because it was being talked about a lot, piqued my interests, and I needed something to watch while waiting for the final episodes of Eureka Seven AO to air.
However, so far I haven't gained much interest in the characters, and I've already picked out two I despise.
The female fanservice is becoming a huge turnoff as well (I like Neko, for the record, and I'm not slashing any of the characters).

In the same breath, I also really REALLY like the battles. I am hesitant to drop [K] for the reason only. Otherwise I would have at episode 2 probably. ^^;;;

I'm am biased.

No wait, i am very biased about this anime.

But,
The voices, the art, the animation. I just didn't like any of it. :/
