I was in love. This is the kind of animated series I never knew I wanted--lots of gorgeous hand-drawn 2d animation, characters that are interesting and unexpected, and such emotional pain and courage and love. Basically everyone is likable (some just take a while). I really recommend this, despite (or maybe in spite of) it being probably not what most people look for--basically no romance, unfinished as of yet, not the typical plotlines or characters.

Marginal Prince is a low-budget, poorly-written hot mess, but it is also /hilarious/ in the way it's bad. Worth watching, just for the scene where the boy with long pink hair bashes a thug with a pipe while singing "Love Makes the World Go Round".

I saw this in theatres on the initial US release day. It was amazing! The plot isn't the most complex, but that's not really what makes T&B go, so no one minded. There's awesome Nathan stuff, everyone features, Kaede is kickass, and our favorite duo still have that same old style, even if they're adorably bad at communicating.
