not sure about the ratings but here goes
STORY: 7/10, CHARACTER: 7-8/10, ART: 7/10, SOUND: 7/10 (superb voice acting but the rest is not memorable), VALUE: 5-6/10 (one of the best short anime series but will never attain widespread fandom popularity. Hence, this score is completely subjective to the viewer and most likely determines their overall score.), ENJOYMENT: 9-10/10 (while typical, there are absolutely no flaws whatsoever. Solid, short enough to re-watch indefinitely, cute enough to remember, realistic enough to recommend to non-anime fans; it is recommendable to anyone.), OVERALL: 7.0-7.5/10 (One of the most enjoyable series ever made but ... it is a niche anime.)
