8.5+/10, great for its length but Serial Experiments Lain handled the themes better, needs a sequel (probably not. reboot is better and they did), I'll give it a pass because of the high production values, philosophical content and cyberpunk themes,

Shoujo Kakumei Utena
almost everything is symbolic and character-driven, shitloads of sexual innuendos (homosexuals, wincest), 8/10 is the max score, ABUSED reused footage, ep. 13 is a good recap, still Monster of the Week as of ep. 21, improved and returned to the plot in ep. 25, eps. 33+ are confusing, ep.34 is inconsistent with what was previously stated earlier, WTF? she has vague memories of Anthy in the past. This is so convenient, Utena-Touga fights especially in ep. 36 are the best,
