Basically flawless. I couldn't ever get fully into it because I was always conflicted about every character, and the first episode tricked me into thinking it would be boring. The amount of history incorporated, music, and art are phenomenal however, and this work really shouldn't be ignored.

FMA is really great the first time. Unfortunately I'm liking it less and less as people fail to shut up about how great it is. Its not like I'm constantly finding new ways to look at it like Trigun & Baccano, or perpetually impressed like Gurren Lagann & Hellsing. I watched it, I liked it; unless there is more, I'm ready for something new.
