well, even i don't know. after reading the manga up to current, its fairly obvious she is from Venus, but it is never really directly proven. for the most part, i get the feeling that all of the characters are important figures in some form, but choose to be there for whatever reason.

I didn't think Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai! was that bad i found it very enjoyable at times, its all a matter of opinion. I'll respect yours regardless of good or bad!

I assume that you have not read the manga of usagi drop?

Kimi ni todoke starting boring me after a while. I quite enjoyed the anime, especially the OP and ED, but this too-cute-and-clueless-about-adolescence routine with the female lead and the earnestness of the whole plot really started grating on my nerves post volume 4 or 5. I mean let's have some sexy smoulders or some edgy dialogues already! Enough slice of life do-goodery! But of course many have patience for slice of life!

I myself quite enjoyed AHR, didn't love it since the male lead's douchery makes me want to smack his head, but it didn't quite incite the reaction you had! It was an amusing reaction too ^^
