Hey! I'm Scorpio, but I assume that name is taken, so I took "Scorpiara". I am indeed a Scorpio ♏️.
I'm a guy who just enjoys anime. I have my opinions on shows I watch like every other consumer. I don't think what I think is objective, but that doesn't actually bother me. I'm comfortable with the fact that how I feel is literally just how I feel. Isn't animation awesome? The stuff you can do with it ranging from telling a story that is philosophical to just dumb ol wacky adventures I find life so precious because we as human beings are able to create things like that. I mean it's not just anime as music, food, fashion and just literally life (trees 🍃 , Sun ☀️, water 🌊,) make me feel happy to be alive; but this is a site strictly about anime/manga 😅.
My favorite anime is Hunter x Hunter hands down. I love the series and I'm a huge fan. Being able to legitimately watch something and enjoy it to where you're body is full of adrenaline, genuinely cry, feel scared and get so immersed into a story & world was one of the most precious experiences I ever had in my life. I genuinely wish for other people to have that feeling to enjoy series they like to where they enjoyed the experience. It's such a real feeling and you're legit happy that you got to feel that way. Life can end tomorrow and I rather spend it living than spend it wasting my time.
I enjoy discussing this media. I try to be honest and I want to make it clear that I'm not perfect because I look back at stuff I said and believe feeling different. I am capable of being wrong or feeling like views on a show or character I had was wrong, but I understand that I'm trying to be honest with myself on how I feel about something. I'm happy that I am honest and real with myself instead of lying and misleading others. It's really all about character. Yeah, I'm fine if people don't necessarily agree with me on media generally? I don't want to make it sound like I'm always cool with that because there are situations where one's opinion can indicate something that I should be very mindful of.
However, if you don't like my favorite anime I'm not going to be mad about it. Instead tell me why you don't like it. You don't have to and it's not required, but I'm open to hearing your thoughts on it. Maybe we can be really great friends and maybe we can watch anime together. Who knows? I'm happy if you're honest with yourself and legit engage with media you enjoy than forcing yourself to like something you don't feel that way about.

I also want to read Berserk, I've seen the anime, both the amazing old 1997 and the terrible new 2016-2017 continuation.

Still I respect you for maintaining your stance like you did, it's genuinely inspiring to me.
What's weird is that sometimes their analysis are pretty solid, but then they ruin it with their arrogance and how their opinion must be right. Digibro is such example, his analysis is good, but his arrogance and elitism really piss me off. He's kinda one of those guys who hate any popular things even if it's good and prefer animes most don't watch. It's like for him popular=bad, not popular=good. And sometimes his rant can get repetitive especially for those he hates with a passion like SAO or anything by A1.
BTW sorry for ranting, I just like to share my opinion. Really nice to meet you

-the nature of the copyrighted work
-the amount and substantiality of the portion taken, and
-the effect of the use upon the potential market.
Go take some classes in law school before you start being so matter-of-fact about stuff. You hypocrite.
