I have been an avid anime fan since 2013 and it all started with Hellsing. Initially I was only watching dubbed anime but I soon switched over to subbed because I like the authentic Japanese feel it has. Though sometimes I feel it would've been much easier if I knew Japanese to understand without having to read subtitles.

Personally I feel like the recent anime has that visual appeal to it with new animation and art but at the same time it lacks at not being able to deliver or impress in the same fashion older anime used to.
