Honestly, all the characters are great, I think each of them had something memorable except maybe Yotsuba Satsuki (the cooking girl). Out of them all I think my favorites have gotta be Yue, Eva, Nodoka and Chisame. A little off topic but I was actually skim reading some chapters recently and noticed something, on page 10 of chapter 1, you can see in the center of the illustration Zazie Rainyday looking very sinister with her weapons. But the thing is, we don't find out about her true character until WAY into the future (like 300 chapters) so I thought that was awesome foreshadowing. What's your thoughts on that?

Yep, I've been thinking of getting into UQ Holder since it's finally finished but I heard it isn't as good, though I am curious of who Negima gets with so I gotta read it sometime haha.

Yeah, she was already one of my favorites before that but when the magic arc happened she became my number 1 favorite. I honestly think the magical world arc was one of the best arcs I've read out of all the mangas so it's cool to see you say that about Yue. =)

I do agree it ended abruptly but didn't the story technically continue in 'UQ Holder!'? Though I haven't even started that one so I may be wrong.

oh wow, I just noticed you got Yue Ayase in your favorites, that's rare. Nice taste.

Don't get me wrong. I like Yu Yu Hakusho too and yeah YYH is of better quality. Especially when it comes to Animations in the Anime. But if you think of it they are really similar. Some very unequal heroes, working for a higher power, and have to beat some bad guys. But I understand that Saint Seiya can be a bit cheesy for some today while YYH has obviously aged better.
The main-focus of Yu Yu Hakusho lies heavily on cool moments and characters and fewer on drama and dialogues (what's obviously based on Togashis inability to write them), and I have heard from many people that that's one of the reasons they prefer YYH over most other Shonen. Thought that could also be the case for you. But it's not that important.

I know it's your opinion (i'm just curious). In your Saint Seiya Review you talk about how asspulls are a bad thing and that there are no relevant female characters which is also a Problem for you. Your favourite Anime Yu Yu Hakusho is not different from that. How do you justify that? Is it just a preference of yours that "cool attitude" makes everything else relative?
