Hey
I like retro anime, art, memes, cosplaying, and video games. My current obsession is the Sakura wars franchise. I also like eating rice, it’s pretty good. I started watching anime when I was 10 or 11, I don’t fully remember. I also suck at keeping track of how manga chapters I’ve read. Don’t hesitate to add me, I’ve actually been looking for more people to be friends with lol
Fun facts about me:
-I like to draw and I normally use a chibi style
-I have pyrophobia (fear of fire)
-Outside of MyAnimeList, I only have one friend
-I like collecting old video games, animation cels, magical girl toys, and manga
-My favorite video game is either Pokemon firered or legend of Zelda ocarina of time
-My favorite color is red
-Other than water, my favorite drink is chocolate milk
-My favorite non anime movie is either lilo and stitch or how to train your dragon
-I’m a cosplayer and a regular con-goer, with my most recent cosplay being Nausicaa from Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa
-I tend to get confused easily, so if I misunderstand something, I’m sorry
-I’ll try to get back to message as soon as I can, but keep in mind im still in high school so I might take a while since I might be busy with stuff at the moment and possibly stressed out
Have a nice day if you’re reading this

I would love to play the OG Sakura Wars on Dreamcast sometime, but for now I just have the PS4 reboot :D
Speaking of which, I wish Sega would get back into the console market... but that's wishful thinking. For now Sega makes the most absolutely based games like RYU GA GOTOKUUU (YAKUZA FOREVER)
anddd your bio is quite relatable ._. n.n Lacking friends irl is a lonely feeling so I've come to MAL in hopes of meeting like-minded friends/friends with common interests
Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!
I had a look at your collection of cell art. I was surprised that there were more than I expected.
Oh, I guess it is a matter of how to find them. If you search on Japanese flea market sites, you can usually find the supplement of Kerokero Chaimu, so I don't think they are that rare. It's the best-selling shoujo manga magazine in Japan, so there are people who have it, if you look for it.
Nayoshi, which has a smaller circulation than Ribbon, has a surprisingly large number of otaku and fujoshi readers, so there are surprisingly some collectors of the appendices. I think "Chao" is the most difficult to find goods in the appendix.
The appendix comes for free when you buy the magazine. So, I think the goods in the all-applicant service are rarer. You have to buy the magazine, get an entry ticket, buy stamps or money order for the goods, fill out the form, and mail it to the publisher at ...... which is a lot of work, so many people don't actually apply even if they think it's cute. For Kerokero Chime, I did a search and found a pouch in the goods for all applicants service.
As for the appendices, I think some people keep the stickers, postcards, letter sets, etc. because they have beautiful designs. I also keep the ones I like. I don't think many people keep plastic bags, paper bags, assembled paper 3D goods, and pocket tissues for daily use. I think this area is rare.
Well, I think the rarest magazine-related items would be goods that are awarded in magazine sweepstakes...
Also, Ribbon had a clear file raffle a few years ago, and they also held original picture exhibitions, so there are sometimes goods even after the serialization is over.
This year is Hana to Yume's anniversary, so I'm sure there will be new goods and stuff from past works!
I saw your recently purchased kerokero chime goods. I have seen some of them too and was a bit nostalgic. You wrote that the goods are not well known, but I think many people who bought the magazine in real time know about them. The magazine was a shoujo manga at the time, and was said to be the best selling.
It was a free supplement that always came with the purchase of the main Ribbon magazine, so it seems very strange to me that it would be called a limited edition merchandise. I think it is rather more limited and rare to have goods for all applicants' services, so I hope we can get those in the future.
Also, I look forward to seeing pic!
cool to read that you're a cosplayer! what's your fav cosplay you've done?
