| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A scary story relating to the dress? Kujou is giving that to Victorique of course. Cosplay party for Christmas in France? Never heard of it. Some people tries to get Kujou away, and getting him back to Japan.... He also gave what he considers precious to Victorique because of Cordelia's ring from Victorique's gift. That boy who helped Kujou in one case helped him again. "Rabbits" rebels (Occult Show? or something) vs. the soldiers? The police used Kujou to get Victorique, who was needed by Occult (something)!! |

| Impressive. It was so emotional. Kujou is an idiot to get taken hostage easily. But I have faith in Grevil, he will do something about it. And Brians+Cordelia too, where are they?! And so their hearts will never be separated. Because he is her heart. Damn, I love this. I usually don't give this. But there, 5/5. |

| Good episode and very interesting. I have a problem with Kujo though. He completely disregards Avril for his infatuation (that's what I'm seeing at least) with Victorique and then he still isn't very good at the whole mystery detective thing and actually walks right into being a hostage thinking everything is okay. His face when he was waving made me laugh pretty hard and then they detain him. |

| Kujou is such an idiot. He's dragging this whole show down. But other than that, what a wonderful episode. This is truly one of the best series out this year. Shame that it doesn't seem like a lot of people have even heard of this title. |

| I thought it was going to be a happy episode and then the retro cars came and took Kujo away. Then I thought oh no Victorique and Kujo are going to be in problems once again. First time I've heard Victorique cry like that. I was almost in tears. It sounded like it really got to her. |

| Kujo Kujo Kujo.... *sigh in disappointment* Avril is been good sport about this, not like Kujo ever paid attention to her, but still. It is still 1924, as far as my little knowledge on world history goes, most of Europe and America was still going though an economical depression at the time. Maybe that is why they want to start a war. They might have been scheming for years for this event to unravel the way they are right now. Besides the amazing breakdown Victorique had at the end, nothing really "especial" happen as they gave it all up in the first minutes with that little story of theirs. So Grevil was shock at that last scream... really well done = \ I wonder when he is going to flip, such a bastard for reporting to daddy right away. |

As he looked askance at her, it was as though he scarcely believed his own eyes. Given that earlier he had accused her of heartlessness, of being incapable of even understanding basic human emotion -- how has this affected him? |
| I really hated seeing Victorique cry like that. Her dressing as Monstre Charmant and Kujo as her rabbit was really cute though. Their gifts to each other were really nice too. I really can't feel sorry for Avril, but at least she understands. I hope things get better for Victorique in the next episode. Those two are really meant for each other. |

| Fascist bunnies congregating in the streets...this actually looks more like the Beer Hall Putsch (which did occur in 1923), Hitler's first attempt at taking power. Leaving aside all the heavy politics associated with our two protagonists, this was pretty damn emotional (still teary-eyed 20 minutes after watching it). How is Victorique going to get them out of this mess? I want the Baron to die in a suitably painful and bloody fashion and I'm hoping that Cordelia and Roscoes are the ones to deliver it. |

Plus that bunny outfit. It seems that almost everyone in the series has a tendency to stereotype people, often negatively. For example, the way all the students treat Kujou and Victorique. There are some exceptions: Cecile-sensei and Sophie. Of course, they're part of the staff so I don't know if that makes a difference. Avril is an exception though. And while Grevil has progressed a lot in terms of his relationship with Victorique (remember he couldn't even speak directly to her when asking for her help), I think that watching her break down in front of him, immediately after sacrificing herself for Kujou, has cracked or even shattered his beliefs about her. How will he respond? The last two episodes may get crazy. p.s. The bunny suit was nutty, but in a good way. Although the bunnies in the street were a weird contrast. Of course, Victorique's hat was the best. |
| first of all, i dunno if it's just me, because lately, each Gosick episode seems so intense for me... the mysteries slowly unfolding really give me that feeling that the whole show's climax is fast approaching... now, for the episode, i quite find it funny Kujo being arrested while in a bunny costume... it just doesn't fit well in the scenario... also, war? "rabbits" protesting in the streets? wtf is happening?! i also feel sorry for Avril... Kujo is such a bastard, as if Victorique is the only girl around him... next week's going to be quite action packed... and, whoa, the demonic Marquis seems ready to kill... damn, two more episodes, and i'm getting all too excited and tense already... |

| Leave it up to Kujo to make the wrong decision i wonder what will happen after this. Ironic to see that the students aren't afraid of Kujo when he was dressed up like that proves ones again that clothing makes the man. It's even more ironic that the criminal organizations took the rabbits as well to start there riots. I somehow figured that Kujo was being taken away to be set out of the country for his own safety but in this case it was more for the the safety of Victorique and the country. |
| Sophie was as small as Victorique? How come? I love it how Victorique and Kujo always accidencially have something to do with stories involved with city's happenings. Also, that Gray Wolf shit is annoying the heck out of me, i can't stand them spouting that shit anymore. Good thing that Kujo's stupidity can be justified this time for once. |

| Wow, Yuuki Aoi have done it... She's been getting a lot of roles and quite frankly, she did really well in most of them... Great job on Victorique. I won't blame Kujou this time, I mean, he trusted the detective, so does the other 2... I think the Grevil may play a role in "failing to stop their plan" in the near future. |

| I could never really take Kujo seriously, but now, in that rabbit costume it all made sense! xD That father is the friggin' monster here! Using Kujo as a hostage so that Victorique will help them. I loved the comparison with the nonster and rabbit story as well. If the rabbit dies, the monster does too because the rabbit is the monster's heart. Victorique crying at the end was so sad. I wonder how Graviel feels about it. T_T |

| K I'm sorry but I really DID NOT ENJOY THIS EPISODE. The whole romantic Christmas bit was really boring IMO and OF COURSE HER BIRTHDAY IS ON CHRISTMAS. Plus yea, sucks to be Avril but DURRRRRR. The whole kidnapping thing was kind of weird, they want to send foreigners back to their countries? Rabbits made me think of Doubt lol The last half annoyed me too. I mean yes Victorica I GET YOU MISS HIM, BUT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE?! I mean seriously? Plus I dunno about you but how could you HEAR SOMEONE FROM THAT HIGH UP, INSIDE THE BUILDING?!?!?!?! It makes no sense! Ugh, plus she did the whole I'M GONNA KILL MYSELF - NOT!!! If you're gonna say you are THEN DO IT. GOD! It'd been overused to frequently it just ANNOYS ME TO HELL WHEN SHE'S ALL LIKE, "NOT GONNA JOIN YOU FOR ANYTHING I'D RATHER DIE - I MEAN WAIT, DON'T HURT HIM I'LL JOIN YOU I WAS JUST KIDDING WHEN I SAID THAT EARLIER!" /rant So yea. This episode just really made me -_-" PLUS VICTORICA'S SCREAMING VOICE, MY EARS, SERIOUSLY. Well I hope that next two episodes will be better and end this.
