| According to ManTan Web, a spin off anime and manga series of Crayon Shin-chan was announced to start this November. The title is "Crayon Shin-chan SHIN-MEN" and a team of five Shinnosuke "SHIN-MEN" fights against pig faced villains "TON-MEN" in a parallel world "Shin Jigen (Shin Dimension)". The late Usui Yoshito had been fond of the idea of SHIN-MEN and the new series will be realized as one of the special projects commemorating the 20th anniversary of Crayon Shin-chan.
