Their opponent is Brazil. They are strong, but Wakabayashi blocked the shoot.

He passed the ball to the character based on the real soccer player in Japan (using Kabuki effect), who passed the ball to the golden combi to get the point.

It also shows that character's family, as well as other character we are familiar with.

I don´t know if I am mistake, but this special is 3 minutes only, no 20 how appears in the anime record, right?

Nagatomo, a real kick-off player appears caricatized in the special. He threw the pass to the Golden Combi!!! ;)

Its funny that nagatomo isn't liked as much anymore as a player in real life but they made him the best ever LB in the anime :D

as mentioned here, yes it was 3 or 4 mins. ep. instead. It was listed as regular duration because I wasn't sure (I was the one who submitted it) how long it will be, and realized the duration during the airing.
