The ones I found didnt have all of the volumes annnnd is S3 the only one where theres a lot of cut content or does S1 and S2 have cut content(thats important) as well?

I recommend reading from the beginning. It has very interesting information and the development is better (especially from Tohka). Volume 2, for example, was adapted in only 2 episodes in S1.
