Anime with the most hype/peak factor
Anime
Anime filled with brilliant plot twists, huge satisfying reveals, amazing endings or extremely thrilling drama/suspense that hooks you on.
A "Peak factor", on the other hand, is a term I made for anime which give you a massively dramatic and euphoric dopamine hit through a huge plot twist, a great fight scene backed with lots of drama and tension behind, an emotionally compelling scene or anything that makes you go "Hell yeah!"

Without a doubt, Attack on Titan has the greatest hype of any anime. The show is filled with dramatic plot twists, huge conflicts and one massive reveal at the end of Season 3 Part 2.

The first half of this show is an alright comedy sci-fi. But the second half of this anime is pure magnificence. In my opinion, Steins;Gate has some of the best plot twists out there.

After the end of episode 2 all the way until episode 25, Death Note's story and drama just glues you to the screen. I cannot praise the writing enough. It is the single most cheek-clenching thriller of all time. Perfect in each and every scene. That is, until the second half of course.

How could I not put this anime into this list? Following episode 3, there is no anime that has glued me to the screen for this long. People say the 74 episodes are extremely slow paced. But guess what? Each and every step the characters take, each and every frame of this anime gives you chills. One of the greatest, darkest psychological thrillers ever crafted. This is Naoki Urasawa's masterpiece, and a crime thriller doesn't get any better than this.

One of the single most compelling main characters in anime. Keeps you hooked at times with Lelouch hiding his identity of Zero. The ending of Season 2 in my opinion is the greatest you can ever witness in all of fiction itself.

Not the whole anime, but the Yorknew City and Chimera Ant Arcs were hype as hell.

Season 1's ending is amazingly written. Season 2 however, is something entirely else that almost makes you cry.

Another great anime adapted from a Naoki Urasawa manga. The final episode was one of the best final episodes I have ever seen.

Plenty of good suspense. It is really similar to Steins;Gate

This stack would be incomplete without One Piece. I haven't even completely watched it, but judging from the fanbase and the hype that surrounds this anime, it would be a crime to not put this here.

This one is pretty obvious. Blue Lock profits solely from extremely hyped football matches (And yeah, you could say some of the characters are quite well written)
