No but honestly, he's an absolute goofball ever since he first appears on the screen. Probably the best mix of silly and cool while his drip is impeccable. I don't particularly like the simp-ish aspect of his character but to be fair this makes him even more pathetic and that's what this list's about right? If you don't like the simp behavior maybe watch Trigun Stampede instead.

Probably the silliest entry in the entire franchise. Every male main in this show is a walking disaster, Zenigata gets bonus himbo points. (watch the dub, goofy ah in the best way possible)

I call guys from other entries on this list pathetic in purely affectionate way, this does NOT apply to Nozomu Itoshiki, aka Zetsubou Sensei. I hate this man with burning passion, I hope he explodes. It pisses me off they made him look so kissable.

Leorio singlehandedly lands this show on here. He's so fucking stupid but also smart, I just love it. I think it's kinda funny that this walking disaster canonically never cooked in his entire life, no bonus malewife points for him. Also banger character design, looks like they took Vash and Wolfwood from Trigun, just mashed em together with a spoon and slapped whatever came outta it on his character sheet.

He's kinda a main character but sometimes you won't see him though an entire arc so yeah, if you don't like the rest of the cast you probably won't enjoy this show.

If this show didn't come out in mid 10s I'd call Gintoki the og pathetic anime man. He's childish and the furthest thing from having his shit together but in this silly sorta way, like those videos of kittens trying to drink milk but failing miserably.
I'd also give him the babygirl status since he's almost in his 30s and tries to act cute at times. They even put him in a frilly pink apron at one point like c'mon (he absolutely slayed tho). Also he hates cops which is the biggest of moods.

Pretty much the entire cast is a loser fest, he's the worst tho.

Another comedy entry, another old man to shame (but like, REALLY old this time)

Main loser: Draluc. Man makes up for his strength with sheer mischief, barks so much for someone who will literally die if even tried to bite. He's not only a menace but also a malewife. Also he gets along with his dad which is yet another reason for me to talk smack about him.

I don't think there's a single competent character in this show, they all collectively suck at their jobs, it makes me feel better about myself a bit.

PLEASE KOTETSU IS THE CRINGEFAIL DAD EVER. He's so pathetic and fucks up all the time but his heart is in the right place.
